Dr. Vo graduated from the University of Washington in 2005, and the Southern California College of Optometry in 2011.  Dr. Vo completed further training at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, the Center for the Partially Sighted in Los Angeles, and the Veterans Affairs eye clinic in Las Vegas. 

Dr. Vo joined LSVC in 2011 as an associate. After Dr. Rodney Windhorst retired, Dr. Vo became owner in 2013.  Dr. Vo continues to practice with enthusiasm, compassion, kindness, and up-to-date clinical expertise. 

Outside the office, Dr. Vo enjoys cooking Vietnamese cuisine, running and hiking, playing video games, and spending time with family and friends.

Angela has been in the eyecare industry for over 10 years!
She is our jill-of-a-trades, and will assist with insurance issues, glasses selections, appointment schedules, and any other issues that may arise.
She is a very active resident of Lake Stevens!
